The meeting registration fee is $225 for faculty, $100 for postdoctoral fellows and $50 for graduate students. This fee covers all meals for the duration of the meeting (breakfast Friday – dinner Saturday).
There are a limited number of Trainee Travel Scholarships available to facilitate attendance by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows outside of Austin by offering financial assistance for conference registration, travel and lodging. If you will pay with a credit card, registration and payment should be done online. Follow the link below to our TxShop site where you can provide your registration information. The site will allow for registration and payment for multiple people under a single credit card transaction.
If you would prefer to pay by check, please email the conference coordinator Susan Cushman (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request a conference registration/check payment form.
After you’ve registered, if you will require a hotel reservation, please click on the Housing tab at the top of the page to find information for booking your hotel room. Deadline for preferred housing rate is March 28, 2017.
