Submit a poster abstract
The conference will include general poster sessions in which posters from all areas of learning and memory research are welcome. All meeting attendees are welcome to present a poster, however we especially encourage posters presented by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Four poster abstracts will be selected prior to the conference for presentation as talks in the general speaker sessions. In addition, there will be an on-site poster competition for best posters. All posters selected for talks/best posters will earn awards.
Poster presenters must be registered for the meeting and the deadline for poster abstract submission is March 31, 2017.
Poster abstracts can be emailed to Susan Cushman (email@example.com). Please include “poster abstract 2017″ and the last name of the presenting author in the subject line of your email. Abstracts should be approximately 200 words long. Abstracts will be edited to a common format for the conference abstract booklet and must therefore be generated in an editable format. Acceptable formats include: Word (with .doc or .docx extension), RTF (with .rtf extension), LaTeX (with .tex or .ltx extension) or plain text (with .txt extension). Please include your last name as part of the file name. PDF files will not be accepted. Information to be included in the abstract submission:
- Email address of presenting author
- Please indicate if the presenting author is a graduate student or postdoctoral fellow and is therefore eligible for the poster competition. If so, please indicate the ethnic background of the presenting author.
The poster boards will accommodate a poster 68 inches wide x 48 inches tall.
