Laura Colgin’s Neuron publication featured in Austin American Statesman

Dr. Laura Colgin’s lab recently published a paper in Neuron entitled “Spatial Sequence Coding Differs during Slow and Fast Gamma Rhythms in the Hippocampus”.  This research reveals that place cells code sequences of locations differently during slow and fast gamma rhythms and has implications for understanding “fast forward” memory, as described in the Austin American Statesman article.
