Dylan received a BS in Neurobiology, and he graduated with High Honors. Dylan will continue working for the lab this summer. He will study gamma rhythms in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.
The lab had fun talking to the public about our research at the biannual “Memory Matters” outreach event.
We talked about brain rhythms and measured people’s EEG at our activity booth, “Reading minds: deciphering brain waves.”
The lab received a grant from the Office of Naval Research to study neural computation during slow and fast gamma oscillations:
Congratulations to Kevin Bieri on his funded F30 NRSA fellowship from NIMH for his project titled “Information Routing in the Hippocampus via Gamma Oscillations”!
